Bruce Rowley, Managing Partner at Arena South Management, is part of the transformation happening in Wichita’s Central Business District, specifically over the next 3 years.  Over the past 6 years, Bruce has successfully led the development of 6 downtown projects focused on the Arena District, filling nearly 60,000 sf of previously vacant/underutilized buildings with office and retail users. His group is now in development of three new projects that will include over 100,00 sf of new retail, multifamily and office.
