Our District includes most of the state of Kansas and counts for more than 2,000 Rotarians. Jeff Horlacher, Rotary District Governor, has been a dedicated Rotarian since 1991. A Major Donor and Paul Harris Society member, he brings a deep commitment to service. Jeff began his career as a Clinical Psychologist before transitioning to the family jewelry business in 1995. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kansas Wesleyan and a Master’s from Fort Hays State. His leadership extends beyond Rotary, having served as President of the Kansas Jewelers Association.
