Ronn McMahon is the President and CEO of the Greater Wichita YMCA, one of the largest and most innovative YMCA associations in the country. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the YMCA movement, Ronn has guided the Greater Wichita YMCA through significant growth, expanding its reach across South Central Kansas and deepening its impact in youth development, healthy living, and community engagement.
Under his leadership, the YMCA has embraced bold strategies to meet evolving community needs—including launching YMCA360, the Y’s groundbreaking digital platform for on-demand wellness and youth programming. Originally developed in Wichita, YMCA360 now serves over 250 YMCA associations nationwide, positioning the Y as a leader in hybrid member engagement.
Ronn is passionate about innovation, equity, and the power of community. He is currently leading efforts to address the national loneliness crisis by transforming YMCA programs into team-based experiences that foster connection, purpose, and belonging.
