Tanya Bulluck is the Executive Director of Child Start, dedicated to providing early childhood development services that prepare children for lifelong success. With over 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, she has directed a center, owned a family child care business, and worked on military installations. Tanya earned an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Studies, a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southwestern College and a Master of Science in Leadership from Southwestern College. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Tanya excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders and is committed to excellence in early childhood education. Under her leadership, Child Start has become a leading provider of high-quality early childhood education services, positively impacting countless children and families. Tanya serves on tasks forces, advisory boards, and various early childhood committees across the state. Additionally, Tanya chairs the Child Care Availability Work Group for the Wichita Coalition for Child Abuse Prevention and serves as an Honorary Commander for McConnell AFB, fostering connections between the base and the Wichita community.
