As a passionate advocate for inclusivity, sustainability, and decentralization, she has spent her career empowering creators and redefining industry norms. Through her role as co-owner of Hartke Presents, a coast-to-coast booking collective, and CEO of Midtopia, a non-profit innovation hub, Jessie has championed platforms that support artists, independent venues, and music professionals. Her leadership drives transformative change, providing the tools and knowledge needed to help musicians thrive with greater autonomy. Jessie’s work is grounded in the belief that music is a unifying force, and through her unwavering commitment, she is building a more collaborative, equitable, and accessible music landscape for all.

Marquis Bradley is a visionary entrepreneur and leader dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering meaningful change. Raised by his mother in a single-parent household, he learned the values of service, resilience, and community impact early on. Marquis founded Omnicut Motivational Fitness, driven by his passion for personal growth and fitness, and is now on a mission to spread his vision of E.P.E. (Every Person Empowered) globally. Through his work with Movement Musick and collaborations with business and community leaders, Marquis is using music to amplify the voices of changemakers while addressing issues like poverty, addiction, and economic mobility. His goal is to create interconnected ecosystems that empower individuals with the resources and connections they need to thrive, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
