Cargill: Nourishing the World in a Safe, Responsible, and Sustainable Way
For 160 years, Cargill has been providing food and agriculture solutions to help feed a growing and hungry world. Natalie Gosch, Cargill’s Senior Director of Global Real Estate and Incentives, will provide a front row view inside Cargill and how the Wichita hub contributes on the global food and agriculture stage.
Natalie D. Gosch has worked in agribusiness her entire life. She grew up on a farm in rural Kansas, regularly supporting the farm’s wheat harvest operations as well as assisting her father’s veterinary practice. While obtaining her bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University, Natalie came to work for Cargill in 1997. She then spent more than 20 years serving Cargill by building and operating manufacturing plants within multiple businesses and geographies. Natalie has additionally served Cargill by leading multiple strategic projects, one example includes the 2018 opening of Cargill Protein’s $72 million Wichita Headquarters.
In 2024, Natalie was asked to lead Cargill’s Global Real Estate team. Natalie and her team have global accountability for Cargill’s real estate portfolio, credits and incentives capability, and office facilities management.
