Torrey Lattin and Stacy Ward Lattin are the founders of Hopping Gnome Brewing Company in Wichita, Kansas. What began as a homebrewing hobby evolved into a mission to grow Wichita’s craft beer scene. Since launching in 2015, Torrey has served as Head Brewer, focusing on high-quality ales and lagers, while Stacy leads marketing and events to foster a welcoming, community-driven taproom.
