WRCF Grant Application

The Wichita Rotary Charitable Fund is excited to open the application process for our 2025/2026 & 2026/2027 fiscal years. We will consider projects of up to two years in duration and up to $150,000 in funding need over the two years. Up to $75,000 given each year, distributed on July 1, 2026 and July 1, 2027.

This round of our Economic Development grant will focus solely on:

Quality of Life and Place

Initiatives, programs, and projects that enhance Wichita’s overall well-being and livability and may serve to retain young talent and attract tourists. This is the combination of factors that make a community desirable to live in, visit, and work. This includes measurable elements like safety, cleanliness, and available amenities as well as community vibrancy, authenticity, and culture.

Any applications received after January 30, 2026 at noon will be dismissed without consideration.

    Your application must be sponsored by at least one current Wichita Rotary Club Member in good standing. That person will act as a sponsor/project captain. This person will be responsible for recruiting volunteers, promoting the project to the club members, reporting results, and coordinating communication between the Club and the applying organization.

      60-Second “Elevator Pitch” Video Telling Us Why This Project:

      1. Will have a strong, discernable impact in the Wichita Metro Area
      2. Demonstrate elements of creativity, collaboration and uniqueness that will motivate increased giving and service engagement by our membership
      3. Whose sponsoring non-profit organization can demonstrate a plan for sustainability or completion at the conclusion of Rotary’s two-year commitment of support
